1999 jetta...my electric passenger side window wont function anymore. The other day I put the windows down and the passenger side was moving very slowly and making a grinding noise. I stopped the window and tried to put it back up and when i did, the window fell straight down back into the door. When i try to move the window back up, I can hear the motor trying to move, but there is a scratching noise and the window does not move. Is the window just off its track or is there something else wrong with it?
