2001 VW Jetta A/C

My A/C works fine while I am moving, but seems to not work so well when I am stopped. I am wondering if this is an easy fix, or if it will be very indepth.

I am having the same problem with my Jetta. While in traffic I am burning up but when I start on the highway it blows cold and fine. I am currently investigating the condenser. Have you had any luck with yours.
