8 months ago the right rear brake seized up and the wheel well caught on fire. this melted the sensor. since that time, the rotor, caliper and brake pads were replaced but the line never bled properly. now the problem has happened again. the brake line was checked and is clear, the rotor and brake pads have been changed again. a new sensor was put into the right rear. howver, we are unable to get anything in the way of brake fluid to bleed through the lines. the ABS indicator light it also on. any ideas?

chances are since the speed sensor is reading 0 mph probably it could be that the vehicle is sensing it is locking up all the time and wont send brake to it from the module.
