1999 Jetta 2.0 - Engine stalls when stopping

I have a 1999 Jetta New body Style 2.0 L AEG and with the A/C on the Car stalls when slowing down or at low idle. WIth the A/C off it will not stall. I currently have a P1128 code. The car idle seems to be going up and down slightly. What can I check for to fix this problem?

Long term fuel trim bank 1 too lean= Too much air! You have a vacuum leak, get a can of spray gumout, spray the vac lines and maniflod area, when the idle changes, youve found the leak!
