The car will valves will make rattling noise while accelearating. This problems is not noticeable while the engine is cool. The revs seem to be limited at 4500 rpm´s and it gets a bit lower as the engine heats up.
The cooling system was flushed and the fans rebuilt. ( both fans ) but there seems to always be a brownish contamination on the water.
I have changed the timing belt once and maybe I have gone off timing by a notch at the camshaft but I´m not quite sure.

the engine is 2.0 liters EFI, 8 valves, AP2000 made by volks. the make is 1996.
