1992 Volkswagen Jetta Blown Head Gasket

I recently purchased a 1992 Jetta, 162,000 miles and 2.0 engine. The antifreeze keeps leaking out and smoke comes in the car thru the heater vents. No one that I know works on Jetta's, so maybe you can help
