2004 Volkswagen Jetta Car Shakes inconsistently while idle

Hi. I just had my car "repaired" but the shakes are still there when the car is idle. The diagnostic tool mentions that 3 cyinders are the problem but the technicians already changed sparkplugs, cylinder seals, filters and many other things but the car still shakes when idle. Note: Its not the fuel injection system.

I have the same problem with my '04 Jetta it feels almost like the transmission. If you come up with a solution you should let me know. Thanks
