what do you think the cost for replacing the headliner would be, and how do i find a place to have the work done at?

Approx $500 for new headliner. I would go to an auto body shop have them give you an estimate for the part (headliner) and labor. They might be able to give you a slightly better price then you buying it from a dealer. Perhaps they can even send your out to have it redone....
