I had my front brakes repaired-brake pads and rotors replaced. The brakes were very noisy after repair so I brought it back to my mechanic and they replaced the brake pads again (at no cost).
There is still a brake issue going on and I brought it back to my mechanic a 3rd time and they say it can't be the brakes and that the brakes are safe and they can't find the problem.
Here is the problem I have encountered every time I drive the car-while the brakes are not squeaky whenI am braking, when I am coming to a full stop the brakes feel like they stick and there is a slight metal sticking/grinding noise; if I am stopped and I am releasing the brake to drive they grind loudly as I take my foot off the brake especially if I am on a hill-facing upr or down it doesn't matter; if I am parallel parked and my foot is on the brake all the way and I am turning the wheel to come out of the spot, the wheel is grinding as I am lifting my foot off the brake. None of these issues existed prior to have the front brakes repaired. I don't know what to do.
