Whenever i stop by a red light my car shakes and then the engine stops

Try driving up a hill and stopping with the emergency brake and see if it stalls when you come to a stop. Other wise you most likely have a vacuum/master cylinder or or ABS module problem that is causing the engine to stall. It could also have something to with traction control or the transmission not disengaging. Check wires, connectors and linkages.
SIMPLE SOLUTION don't stop for red lights (joking).
