The car was running normaly and then I changed my transmission filter and fulid (VW recommended). Now, when I come to a dead stop, the car feels like it goes into a lower gear. WhenI take off, the car barely moves and then all of the sudden, it jumps into the right gear and takes off. When i remember, I push the gas softly and the jump is not as hard. But most often, I push the gas normally and the jerk is really bad.
Am I in for a major transmission overhaul?
