Just recently my rear running lights do no come on. I have checked all bulbs and they all work. Also the inside control panel lights do not work when the headlights are turned on. What could be the problem?

unfortunately you have a bad headlight switch due to the fact that your dash light do not work, they run off the same switch, the headlight switch.
