IS THERE A RELAY FOR THE RADIATOR FAN TO COME ON OR MY TERMOSTATE STUCK ?

Why don't you replace the thermostat for a start its a cheap fix-could be it. As for the radiator fan it has relays-Is it coming on?

the fan does not come on..

Find the coolant temperature sensor or engine temperature sending gauge/switch unit and test it. The computer gets the CTS signal in order to turn on and off the fan thru the relay/s.
