1998 Volkswagen Jetta blown fuse?

Electrical problem
1998 Volkswagen Jetta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 75k miles

I installed a new radio making connection to Hot and ACC. I shorted the ACC fuse; when you turn the key back to run radio on battery nada and my door ajar alarm is not working. I looked everywhere in fuse box and front relays. I can't find it.
