1997 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

my wipers work but the washer will nor dispense fluid. when I depress lever the motor make no sound. Is there a seprate fuse.If I have to replace the pump does the battery have to be removed.

The washer pump is located on the side of the washer fluid reservoir. You need to test to see if you are getting a power and ground to your washer pump when you turn it on.
