I would try to determine the ps leak so you can explain it to them regarding the source, ask for a quote on a halfshaft and then a wheel bolt. The wheel bolt and power steering leak may have significant variations depending on how the job goes.

i have given you a quote below but please keep in mind that this is simply a average quote. i don't know which side you are replacing the CV joint on so that is a $100 swing because one side is more expensive than the other , I placed the most expensive in the quote. I don't know what bolt you are talking about so I couldn't place that in the quote and for the PS leak, I am assuming it is a PS hose leaking and not the pump itself so I have placed replacing both PS hoses in the quote..the quote does include labor and parts pricing but does not include taxes..
