2006 Volkswagen GTI oil change how too

there is a belly pan under vehicle held on by torx bolts. remove bellypan and remove the 19mm bolt in oil pan to drain oil. the oil filter is in the black plastic cansiter that has a small threaded cap that is there for a VW special tool to drian the filter housing. If you do not have the tool simply loosen the black housing using oil filter pliers or wrench. oil will spill out since you can not drain properly. remove the filter and replace o-ring in plastic housing. then refill with oil. let me know if any other questions.
