I was browsing the forums and found a picture and someone with the exact same problem with the ICV. The picture showed the idle control valve , It is #10 but when I look under the hood I still dont see anything that remotely looks like the idle control valve I purchased . The reason why im asking this question is because when I plug the car in obd codes come up saying it has to be replaced.

Can anyone help me , with a clearer photo or better instructions, of how it has to be replaced.

I believe the idle is controlled by the throttle body on these vehicles and does not have an ICV.

Please post up the exact trouble code and description.
Your problem may be as simple as a dirty throttle body, but I need to see the code(s) first.
