two srews under the mirror 1 long 1 shorter quite tight, the mirror come out towards you , push the mirror to one corner so u can see the back part get a butter knife or something long but thin, to pop the back forward you will hear a small pop, becareful their is two wires at the back one grd one live make sure you remmember which one you take off ,
after you exchange the mirror connet the wires place the mirror back push in the centre of the glass and you will hear pop back replace the srews job done.......
You Have saved AT LEAST 1 hour labour !!!!!!
