I bought this car used last October. The automatic door locks didn't work at the time and the dealer sold me a warranty and said that would cover the costs of repair. I took the car to pep boys and the repairs after warranty coverage, cost 900. They had to replace the lock mechanism and an electrical control mechanism to make everything work again. I opted not to replace a mechanism in the trunk that allowed the remote key to open and close the door due to cost.
Today, I went to open the car and the key just kept turning, the windows went down, and won't go back up. I can't lock the car or raise the windows. the electrical controls again are shot. Seems like the exact same issue as before with defect in the part they replaced. What should I do?
