Ok what I need you to do is unplug the sensor and use you meter set on 20 volts unless it has a 12 volt setting and between term 1 and term 3 check voltage should read 4.5 volts with key on engine off. Here is a pic of the term and which pins you need to test between.

If this checks out ok then you need to replace the sensor and then go have it scanned and clear the codes. If you do not have a scanner call your local parts stores and find one that does a free scan and have them do it. Let me how this goes ok.
