where can I fine the fuel, plastic line that run from the gas tank to the engine compartment on a 99 beelte.

Many auto part stores such as AutoZone or O'Reilly Auto Parts will carry fuel lines for many vehicles or can order the part for you. You can also try local salvage yards. This is usually much cheaper, but a little harder to find. If all else fails, you can try your local VW dealer.
