My car won't accelerate past 3 rpms, even if i floor it. It shifts fine, but it sounds very deep and rumbley (somewhat like a lawn mower), and i cant get it to go past around 50-60 mph. It doesn't accelerate properly at all. It just feels like it has a lot of trouble moving, and getting going. Anything will help! Thanks.[img:0d9df88bab]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/410621_thisssssor_003_1.jpg[/img:0d9df88bab]

Oxygen sensor
Catalytic converter
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
