1960 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

No spark...changed out plugs, wires, distributor and coil (has new ingtor too). Can't figure out why no spark. Checked fuel and carburator and all wire connections still not turning over. help :)

Check if 12v is present on coil + side. Then place test light on -- side crank does it flash on and off?
