Villolently shakes on acceleration

When i press on tye gas my car violently shakes and shimmies and it also does this on cruise conrltrol and press the accelerater button. But the second i take my foot off tue gas it stops. It shaoes so bad that i have a can of protein in my passenger seat and it actually begins to roll

If your engine is causing is causing this, how long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

Bought the car a yewr ago and they did a tune up than and i havnt been able to hook up a code reader yet

If this happened on a hill, I might suggest you down shift from od to D and see if it makes any difference? At the moment, I'm trying to decide if this is caused by engine--suspension--drivetrain? I need something to point me in right direction.

I could be on a flat surface and my car will still do this. It only stops when my foot is off the gas

Check the intake air flow system, maf--map--tps. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction. Also, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, vehicle under load.
