Vibration is worse at high speed and making right hand turn seems to almost go away when braking. Checked tire balance and Rogers. Replaced back two u-joints still but not the front one yet.

Sounds to me like you might have a broken or shifted belt in one (or more) of the tires. I have seen tires that are well balanced and shook like crazy at 50+ MPH. My daughters Escort for one, Tires looked normal and were balanced, I drove it for a few days to work and back and it shook terribly. After checking the suspension and steering I rotated the tires and the shaking moved from the front to the back! I replaced the tires and it rode like a Cadillac after that.

Try swapping the tires front to back and back to front and see if the vibration moves with the tire. If so I would start shopping for tires.

Vibration is worse when turning seems to go away when braking. I have gotten the wheels balanced and installed two of the three u-joints also checked Rotors. Should I try changing the front u-joint also?

Good afternoon.

I have read everything. My first concern is the steering linkage. You need to check and see if you have any worn out parts that have play. The fact that you put the brakes on and it stops tells me it is steering or suspension related.

Jack each wheel one at a time and check for play by grabbing the tire at 12 and 6 and see if there is any play. Then grab it at 3 and 9 and see if there is any play.

Lets make sure it is not suspension or steering issue.
