at speeds between 15 and 25 car will vibrate when i let off gas and then push pedal down and give it gas again it goes away i have changed rear seal and replaced transmission under mount still happens and now i hear a slight pitch sound

I think they use a two piece driveshaft? check the center bearing at the driveshaft. The bearing in it may have failed.

that is what i was thinking is it possible that it may be a transmission issue

scan fro codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge as well.....autoparts rent it.
