Vents no longer blow air or heat

What cause the cabin vents to quit blowing A/C or heat out of them? You can feel it at the top dash or on the floor. Nothing from the interior vents? Also, is there a vent in the cabin of my car under the dash the needs to be replaced?

Hi Laurie,

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak in one of the hose, I would check under the hood first which is where the failure can occur. There will be a small vacuum hose headed into the firewall that needs to be hooked up. Here is a guide that will help you get the problem fixed
