Engine cranks, but no ignition. Also, drivers side window will not go up or down.

Hello,
There are two fuses # 2 and #8 you need to check. Here is a guide to help you and the location of the fuses with the ALDL connector wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Also, plug the scanner into another car to make sure it works.
