Vehicle cannot start

The actual problem was a broken bolt that holds the injector nozzle resulting in excessive diesel leakages. Fixing this problem involved dismantling the engine to access the bolt. The broken bolt was successfully removed and replaced. On completion of assembling back the engine, the engine could not, behaved as if the battery was flat. Tried to charge the battery but no change. What could be the probable problems and how can they be fixed?

Tried using a code reader to check for errors but nothing of much help, it was showing something to do with unbalance pressure within the injector nozzles.

Help please.

Nice looking vehicle, wish they sold those here in the U.S.

First make sure the engine will turn over at least two full rotations by hand. That is to make sure it will rotate without anything mechanical causing a problem. Like being out of time or otherwise locked up. If it turns over but does not want to start (not sure as you say it will not start but acts like a dead battery which to me means it does not move) double check the valve timing.

Next, double check that all of the wiring (especially the grounds) are clean and connected in the proper places. I have sat there cursing an engine that would not turn over, then looked and discovered I forgot to connect a wire...
Next check that a fuse didn't blow or something like a safety switch did not get connected.
It sounds like some power is getting in if the PCM responded.

If you jump a heavy wire from the battery positive and touch it to the starter motors power terminal does it turn over then?

Thanks tips will help. The starter motors turns, also engine turned when rotating it manually via wheels.
