2001 Vauxhall Vectra Manual 81,000 miles
At the start of the year i had a reconditioned head fitted to my Vectra due to there being water in the oil. Got car taxed and Tested and about 2 weeks later after a routine check found there to be water in the oil again. However even if the car has not moved which it has not for around 6 weeks my water bottle is now empty. Can not see any leaks underneath. The car still started first time and runs lovely with no spluttering or power loss. Been told it could be anything from head to gasket to even bottom end. Please can you advise as I am a single parent of 4 kids and thankfully it has been the school holidays but as you can imagine I do rely on my car a great deal. Is it worth fixing or is it time to get rid.
