Interior problem
1999 Vauxhall Vectra Front Wheel Drive Manual 110000 miles

Hello have a problem with the rear door in that can not open it from inside or outside. Previously to it stopping to work at all it also did not lock on the central locking (had to depress lock on inside before locking rest of car), have managed to get the inside door panel off and had a look can see both the inside handle bar to lock moving and the outside door handle is moving the mechanism inside door.
Absolutley stumped any help would be much appreciated as have a 7month old baby and don't wish to take her in the car till i know we can open all exits incase of emergency.
