2006 Other Vauxhall Models noise when turning to the right o

i have a 2006 vauxhall vivaro ctdi sportive 39000k,i recently purchased,i have noticed that whilst driving it when i steer to the right,i get a strange whirring noise,very low,but i dont get it when i steer to the left...the steering seems fine...is there a problem waiting to happen here and should i get it sorted,if it did it to the left too i could understand it but it doesnt,any advice would be appreciated thanks
