Engine Mechanical problem

hi everybody
i was out at the shop today and found i had water coming out from under the car.its an omega 2.5ltr m reg 1995.
when i got home i waited an hour and checked my water?but there was no water just thick white gunge can anybody help me out.
ive had the hose in the water tank for 2hrs to clean this out and had it running out the bottom of the rad,does anybody know where this has come from /what it is/how to fix..
