1994 Vauxhall Fronterra 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

i have a 2.3 d frontera and the engine has gone
can i fit a 2.8 td frontera engine in the 2.3d
if so is the any problems i may have

The computers will be different so will need swapping as well .. also the gearbox and driveaxles(shafts) may be different so will also need swapping ... there very well may be other differences depending on the year of the new engine ?? hope this helps

the oild engine is in a 1994 frontera 2.3d the new engine is in a 95 2.8 td we have the 2 cars so have all the parts that's need to be changed
what my worry is the turbo what will i need to put on
the 2.3b car to run the turbo
as i have both car's and all the part can it be done

as the turbo is already on the new/replacement engine the parts are all there .. you will have to swap the exhaust's over ... also before you start check the engine mounts are the same and the driveshaft's will fit etc. ....
