my car smells of old smoke and damp i dont smoke in the car.the carpets get wet and go mouldy what could this be? if i sit in the car my cloths smell i have children so i get really worried that they smell and there health.

Have the A/C drain tube check as this may be blocked and back filling the air box with moisture from the A/C unit, the moisture is normal but it should drain away under the car.
