Engine Performance problem
1996 Vauxhall Corsa Manual
My partner has a 1996 vauxhall corsa. Recently the oil light came on during a long journey but went off again. It comes back on intermittently and sometimes it can be days before it comes back on.
He has started noticing oil patches on the floor after moving the car in a morning, only small patches but definately black oil.
He is avoiding taking it to the garage as we have little money at the moment. Do you have any idea what could be wrong and how much it might cost so we can get some money together?
