2003 Vauxhall Astra upgraded

Hey there.

I want to improve the power, handling and braking on my car.

I was planning on getting the following upgrades:

Pipercross Induction kit
18" wheels
EBC Brake pads

question is

are these three good upgrades or are there better ones out there
