I have got the 2002 1.6 Astra, my problem is that the car shows a hesitancy and jerks when I accelerate promptly the car in any gear, but does not happen when the petrol tank is full. This problem starts occurring when the fuel tank is half empty and disappears when I get the petrol tank filled up to full. I have got the EGR valve replaced recently, and got a full service of the car done recently. Changed the spark plugs, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter in the service. There was a cam sensor code coming up in the scanning, got it cleaned and fixed it up again. But nothing seemed to have solved the problem.
Its very frustrating specially when doing uphill and car becomes suddenly out of power.
Any body�s help and any ideas will be highly appreciated.
