2000 Vauxhall Astra vaxuhall starter motor

hi there the cars not a v12 its a 16v 2.2 bernton edition i have a problem with my car at first i tho was the timeing chain on it but its not tht as u can hear tht turn over so i am thinking its is the starter motor my m8 told me tht the start motor needs to have at least 10v to get engin to run but theres no kick from the car so i am thinking its the start motor i just need a page were can see how to remove the motor i no wit looks like and tht but am just start to work on engins in collage atm if u could help me tht be grate like thank you
