Engine Cooling problem

Hi, i recently bought an astra k reg which has a leaking radiator. It's only done 80,000 miles so was wondering how much i should pay for a new radiators as i'm on a budget and don't want to pay out a lot. Also my brakes feel abit spongy and my clutch is loose which isn't a problem to drive. My car overheats very quickly too.
