My main concern, license plate light wont come on. Police stop me and do not like my rigged light. I am not sure where to look for fuse? Or how to know if it is bulb, fuse or a short. Also, the ac blower is not working, I hear the ac trying to kick on but then just fails. Is this a blower fan? And where is it located? Was it common for this vehicle to be made w/out a cruise control system?
