So. I'm redoing my heads on a 2.4 Ecotech LEA because timing bent valves. so, i got the valves cleaned them up and now I'm trying to figure out what the valves should look like with the head off and in time because when i put the head on and i timed it correctly, the engine would not turn over. i checked camshaft caps they are all on correctly. i'm trying to make sure i didn't miss anything for when i put it back together because some valves are open and some aren't. the picture attached shows the intake at 10 o'clock and exhaust at 7.
