Valve stem clearance for inlet and outlet . And what order ? Mazda e2000 1998

Can any 1 tell me what the specifications are for setting the tappets (what size filla gauges) i need to know wat to set them at and what order to do them in a 1998 Mazda Van E2000 and can't seem to find the measurements any where if its possible I would love to find out the answer in the next few hours please
