Valve gasket cover spark plug and wire change

Need to know how to change valve cover gasket spark plug and wires I have torque wrench need to OK now what to torque to what order to remove bolts and put on how to change wires ? I have been laid off from the oilfield I live in Louisiana lost my home this is my only vehicle don't have the money to bring it in please help I have kids and a family to support

the intake manifold has to be removed to replace gaskets are you sure you want to do this? if they are not leaking don't bother.it gets pretty lengthy for us to try to send. you can rent the manual from our site. look under how to repair manuals. we dont' have anything on how to replace spark plugs and for coil wires do one at a time firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6 see pic for cylinder id.

I'm pretty sure I can see dark spots around where the valve cover seals I am Lea leaking oil but I never see it on ground the other day my wife was coming bring me lunch on my new job and the car burst a cloud of smoke and my oil was really low.. do you have any other suggestions on things I should check first? Thank you very much I am leaking oil also the breather tube looked like oil was coming out

have it checked for a blown head gasket or maybe rings, these engines are known to drop the valve seats out of cyl head then damage the pistons. they are not a very good engine. so have a pro do a compression check. smoke coming out the breathe is normal somewhat but it could be your pcv system is plugged as well or other internal damage.
