need to know valvecover torque and how to adt valve clearance

rotate crankshaft until heel of cam lobe is next to rocker arm and turn nut with feeler gauge stuck between lobe and rocker. we have no specs for bolts if bolts are 6mm no more than 7 Nm if 8 mm 15Nm
