valve clearance from camshaft to tappet

My engine starts to produce rattling noise when acceleration or deceleration. What is the recommended tappet to camshaft clearance? I am planning to replace the shim.

clearance in picture is for VIN number A dual overhead cam. if not a VIN number A get back for correct clearance.
