Valet switch

I have a convertible. I hit the valet switch by mistake. Trunk is locked, the convertible top is stuck half inch from closing. There is no switch in glove compartment nor any keyhole between the X and the K.
Only have the black key, no owners manual.

It sounds like the system needs to have a hard reboot. Remove the negative battery cable and touch it too the positive terminal for five minutes. This will discharge the capacitors in the system.

Reconnect the battery and see whats happens.
