As of recently I have been going through everything on my motor was hooked up properly including the vacuum lines. Well, I got everything but the transmission vacuum line hooked up, when we did the clutch about a year ago it had one hooked up but we could not get the clamp off so we just cut it off and yanked it out. I know it exists I just cannot find the connection on the motor itself and none of the vacuum diagrams. I have looked at even say it exists but I know it is real because obviously the plug is still on the transmission.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

Honestly, there are no vacuum lines going to a manual transmission on this truck. Are you sure it is not going to the transfer case? The vacuum harness does run across the transmission to the transfer case. Take a look at the attached picture and let me know if that is what you are looking at on the truck. Also, if you look at the second picture, it is the entire vacuum schematic. Vacuum to the transfer case comes off the rear of the throttle body.

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

If it is on the transmission and not the transfer case it is likely the vent line. Most of them were run up to a spot on the firewall. You would not want vacuum on the case as it would pull water and crud past the seals as well as the constant vacuum causing rapid seal wear.
As Joe says there can be some going to the transfer case.
