I wasn't able to find a 2.3L engine option on a 1999 GMC safari so I included the 2.0L and the 2.2L engine wiring diagrams for you in the diagrams down below. If one of these is not right please send us the corrected vehicle information and we will get the right vacuum diagram out to you then.
